Your new GetCool.com.au split system will need to be installed. The two boxes with your new air conditioner inside will be delivered by our carrier company, to your home or office.

Next it is time to find an installer. A typical domestic installation can range in price between $450.00 to $700.00 per system. The cost difference depends on the size of the unit, and distance between the indoor and outdoor units. Also the distance to the meter box effects the price.

Alternatively your local paper can be a good place to find local air-conditioning installers. Installation of your GetCool.com.au split system must be undertaken by both an accredited air-conditioning installer and a licensed electrician.

Air-conditioning Installer - only ever engage an accredited who can show their accreditation card. For more information on accredited installers go to : Licence check

Electrician - Your split system will also need to be electrically connected to a main power supply, and indoor and outdoor units connected electrically. A licensed electrician must be used for all electrical work.

Split system installations are NOT a DIY House hold appliance.

Your manufacturer warranty may be void if the installation is done incorrectly , or by unlicensed installer or electrician!
